I am a student at West Virginia University studying Robotics Engineering and Electrical Engineering. Throughout both my personal and professional career, I have never been one to back down from a challenge. I chose engineering because it allows me to better understand the world around me while giving me the tools to improve it through thoughtful, practical solutions. Thomas Edison’s belief that failure is not defeat but a necessary step toward success has strongly influenced how I approach challenges, encouraging me to learn from setbacks and continuously refine my work, dreaming of what’s possible, creating meaningful solutions, and improving them through iteration.
